I forgot that he scheduled a meeting at our office. So I was late and mentally out-to-lunch. However, listening to Joel made me realize how excellent it was that he just came on over to visit the Co-op. I had no such guts when I was in college.

If you visit again I’ll be present and on time. Oh—do you have advice for keeping up your running during the winter months? I always slack off.
